Our program is designed to increase overall strength, maximize athletic ability and provide proper recovery over a 6 week period.

  • Over 18 workouts separated into 3 catagories: Stength / Speed / Recovery

  • Dynamic full body warm up that can be used before any game or practice no matter the sport.

  • Step by step instructions on how to run each workout as well as specific cues to ensure proper execution of each exercise/drill.

  • 50 Exercises Incuded! The library has video examples of 50 different exercises with modifications for any age or fitness level

Peterson graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and has been training for over 10 years. He's very passionate about fitness and uses that passion to motivate and inspire his clients and others to improve their fitness level. He educates his clients to understand that with hard work, consistency and dedication they can achieve their goals.
